Tiempo de tramitación del pedido:

En el caso de las pre-órdenes, se debe sumar entre 2 a 6 semanas luego de la fecha de lanzamiento para nosotras recibir la mercancía. Tenga en cuenta que puede haber retrasos en el envío desde Corea que pueden dificultar el proceso por nuestra parte.

Retirar en la tienda: Por lo general, los artículos estarán listos para retirar de la tienda el mismo día o al día siguiente, siempre y cuando esté dentro de nuestros horarios laborables. Se guardará un máximo de 3 semanas en la tienda. Una vez completado el tiempo pierde el derecho a la mercancía y se le aplica un cargo.

Envió: Nuestro plazo estándar para el envío suele ser de 2 a 5 días laborables. Los pedidos que contengan más artículo de pre-orden se enviarán en su conjunto una vez que estén disponibles todos los artículos.
